Role & Key Responsibilities
Depending on your chosen stream (UI/UX, Software Testing or Digital Marketing), you will:
- Work on live projects to gain real-world exposure (e.g., UI/UX prototyping, user-flows; testing software modules; creating digital marketing campaigns).
- Collaborate with mentors/trainers and peers, attend hands-on sessions, use tools and platforms relevant to the topic.
- Learn industry workflows, deliver work within deadlines, receive feedback and improve.
- Develop your portfolio (UI/UX mocks, test case documentation, or marketing campaign analytics) which helps your job readiness.
- (Possibly) Participate in placement-prep sessions – iROHUB promotes placement assistance in their programs. Irohub
Skills & Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or individuals with very little experience (0 years) – ideal for students completing studies or recent grads.
- Good communication skills, willingness to learn, and interest in one of the streams: UI/UX, software testing or digital marketing.
- Basic computer literacy; specific tools/skills will be trained.
- For UI/UX track: a flair for design, creativity, basic understanding of user interfaces.
- For software testing track: detail-oriented, logical thinking, ability to follow process.
- For digital marketing track: interest in online media, analytics, social platforms, campaigns.
- Willingness to participate in live/project-based work and follow mentor guidance.
