Role & Key Responsibilities
- Perform assigned process tasks in a non-voice/back-office environment – this might involve data entry, document verification, e-mail/chat communications, or other process-oriented responsibilities.
- Follow process guidelines, maintain quality standards, ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with team members, use internal tools/CRM systems and help maintain data records.

Skills & Qualifications

- Good written English communication skills, comfortable working with computers, familiarity with MS Office (Word/Excel) is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a back-office / non-voice role with accuracy, attention to detail and commitment.
- Willingness to work full-time in Chennai and adapt to the required shift/role.
- Positive attitude, good team-work ability and readiness to learn & perform.
