Role & Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions (voice and/or chat/email) or execute process/back-office tasks
- Meet performance metrics (quality, speed, accuracy) as per assigned process
- Collaborate with team, adhere to shifts and process norms
- Participate in training and upskilling initiatives
- Adapt to evolving process requirements and maintain professional communication & documentation
Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate (or as specified); freshers and candidates with up to 2-3 years experience eligible www.freshersvoice.com
- Good verbal (and written for non-voice) communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in Hyderabad or Bengaluru, willing to join quickly, flexible shift readiness
- Positive learning attitude, ability to work under process guidelines
