Role & Key Responsibilities
- Attend the walk-in event and complete on-the-spot registration, screening and interview process.
- Perform roles in customer support (voice or non-voice), process tasks, documentation, or client-facing services depending on the opening.
- Follow training provided, meet service-quality metrics, collaborate with team and adapt to shift-based work as required.
- Learn and grow within a service-oriented environment, build communication and process skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- Any graduate degree or equivalent qualification; freshers welcome.
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written), especially for voice/non-voice roles.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to adapt, willingness to work in Hyderabad or Bengaluru.
- Flexibility for shifts and process orientation.
