Volvo Group is recruiting fresh graduates for the role of Graduate Apprentice Trainee at their Hosakote facility. This is a great entry-level opportunity to start your engineering career with a global industrial leader.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Engage in hands-on training and development within manufacturing, operations or engineering functions at the Hosakote plant.
- Assist senior engineers and project teams in tasks such as process improvement, equipment maintenance, quality checks, data collection and analysis.
- Learn and implement standard operating procedures, participate in continuous improvement initiatives and gain exposure to real-world manufacturing environments.
- Document learnings, contribute to team discussions, adapt to plant atmosphere, and apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings.
Eligibility & Skills Required
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Electronics or related disciplines.
- Freshers or recent graduates who have completed their degree recently and are eligible for apprenticeship programmes.
Skills Required:
- Strong fundamentals in engineering principles, manufacturing processes or industrial operations.
- Good analytical thinking, ability to learn quickly and adapt to industrial work environment.
- Teamwork, good communication skills, willingness to work in plant-based environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry) and readiness to follow safety & operational norms
