As a Flutter Manager in Mumbai, you’ll be part of a forward-looking team driving mobile and web applications using modern frameworks.
Role & Key Responsibilities
- Lead mobile and web app development using Flutter and FlutterFlow technology stacks. Deloitte South Asia Careers+1
- Design scalable, high-performance UI/UX solutions and ensure they meet quality, security and maintainability standards. Glassdoor
- Mentor and guide junior developers, drive best practices, code reviews, and establish reusable components. Deloitte South Asia Careers+1
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, design, product and QA to deliver features end-to-end.
- Stay updated with mobile/web trends, tools and frameworks and drive their adoption in the team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0 to 5 years of mobile/web application development experience (strong candidates with relevant project exposure) as indicated for the role. Deloitte South Asia Careers
- Hands-on experience in Flutter (and/or FlutterFlow), mobile application architecture, UI/UX implementation, and web front-end/back-end integration.
- Good understanding of app performance optimisation, secure coding practices, maintainability and scalability.
- Mentorship or leadership mindset: ability to guide junior team members and drive best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced technology delivery environment.
- Willingness to be based in (or relocate to) Mumbai, Maharashtra.
