The Technical Writer role offers a chance to turn complex product features into clear documentation, help guides and user-learning material.
Role & Key Responsibilities
- Create and update documentation, user-guides, online help and tutorials for Salesforce products. Salesforce+1
- Collaborate with product, engineering and UX teams to ensure clarity, accuracy and usability of documentation.
- Work with writing tools (e.g., HTML/XML) and adapt to evolving technology/product changes. Salesforce
- Ensure documentation is onboarding-ready, user-friendly and aligned with global standards and style-guides.
- Participate in content review cycles, version control, and maintain high writing quality and consistency.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly. Salesforce
- Basic understanding of technology and willingness to learn product features.
- Team player, good communication skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work at the specified location (Bangalore / Hyderabad) and join as an intern / entry level.
