Role & Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support (L1) via phone, email, or chat for hardware, software, network, and system issues
- Troubleshoot user queries, escalate higher-level problems when needed
- Log, monitor, and update tickets in the help desk system
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents (printers, OS, applications, connectivity)
- Liaise with backend / infrastructure / network teams to resolve escalated issues
- Ensure service levels, documentation, and knowledge base updates
- Assist in onboarding, system setup, and user support tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Freshers / 0 years experience (internships or projects in IT support is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting
- Good communication (verbal & written) and customer service skills
- Ability to learn, adapt, and handle user / technical issues
- Patience, problem-solving mindset, attention to detail
