Role & Key Responsibilities
Depending on the position, your responsibilities may include:
🔹 For Software Engineering Roles
- Develop and maintain scalable applications and APIs.
- Work with backend, frontend, or mobile technologies (e.g., Java, Python, React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and performance.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
🔹 For Data / Analytics Roles
- Collect, clean, and interpret business data to support decision-making.
- Create dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, or visualization tools.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to identify trends and insights.
🔹 For Operations / Business Roles
- Monitor delivery operations, performance, and vendor management.
- Support business process improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle on-ground coordination and ensure operational excellence.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, SQL, or any programming language (depending on the role).
- Enthusiasm to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic environment.
