Role & Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy and maintain software systems spanning backend, infrastructure, web and payments-platform components. Stripe+1
- Work with cross-functional teams, ship high-quality features, ensure system reliability, scale and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, mentor/or collaborate with peers and improve engineering processes.
- For early-career roles: learn from senior engineers, contribute to real projects, grow technical capability.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
- Solid programming skills in languages like Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, Go or similar. Stripe+1
- For new grads: good problem-solving, project/side-project experience, willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in Bengaluru or remote-India, strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
- For more senior roles: experience with distributed systems, payments tech, APIs, high scale infrastructure.
