Role & Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain modules or features of open source / enterprise software
- Write, debug, and review code in languages like Python, Go, Rust, or Java
- Contribute to upstream or internal open-source projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, product, devops)
- Monitor build pipelines, CI/CD, and integration workflows
- Participate in design reviews, documentation, and code quality practices
Ideal Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
- Programming experience in Python, Go, Rust, Java, or similar
- Familiarity with Linux, containers, open-source tools, version control (Git)
- Curiosity, ability to learn fast, and keen interest in open-source development
- Good communication and collaboration skills
