We’re looking for a passionate Software Engineer I – Backend to join our Bengaluru team and help us build scalable, high-performance backend systems for our analytics platform
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance backend components of the Tellius AI analytics platform.
- Write clean, scalable code using Scala, Java, or Python.
- Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver seamless functionality.
- Debug, test, and optimize application performance for high availability.
- Contribute to code reviews, architectural decisions, and product improvements.
- Work with databases like PostgreSQL, and data frameworks like Spark (a plus).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in backend software development.
- Proficiency in one or more: Scala, Java, or Python.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (Postgres preferred).
- Familiarity with distributed systems, big data, or cloud-based architectures is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
