Role & Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain software modules/components as part of MoveInSync’s product platform.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable code and perform unit tests & debugging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, operations) to deliver features aligned to business needs.
- Learn and adopt new technologies/frameworks, contribute to architecture improvements, and optimise code for performance.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor-style knowledge sharing (even as early career), and adhere to best practices and coding standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
- 0 to 3 years of software development experience including internships or academic projects.
- Strong fundamentals in programming (object-oriented languages like Java, C#, Python etc), data structures and algorithms.
- Good communication skills, ability to work in teams and eagerness to learn and pick up new technologies rapidly.
- Willingness to be based in Bengaluru and commit to full-time role in a dynamic start/scale-up environment.
