Role & Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and support software applications across backend, frontend or full-stack modules.
- Collaborate with team members to design, code, test and deliver feature enhancements.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, optimise applications for performance, scalability and maintainability.
- Work in an agile team environment, follow best practices, participate in code reviews and peer collaborations.
- Continuously learn new technologies and frameworks, contribute to innovation within the team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
- 0 to 5 years of experience in software development (including internships or project work) desired.
- Strong fundamentals in programming (object-oriented languages such as Java, C#, Python, etc), data structures & algorithms.
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, proactive learning attitude.
- Willingness to work onsite in Chennai and adapt to the needs of a technology-driven consulting firm.
