Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software features in projects
- Write clean, modular, and reusable code adhering to standards
- Debug and fix issues reported during testing and production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, UI/UX, backend)
- Participate in code reviews, unit tests, and documentation
- Learn new tools, libraries, frameworks as needed
- Support deployment, version control, and integration tasks
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
- Good understanding of core programming (Java / C# / Python / whatever stack Tele Infotech uses)
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, OOP
- Basic familiarity with web / API / databases
- Strong communication & analytical skills
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in agile environment
