Role & Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software development teams to design, implement and maintain applications and features as part of the SDE I role.
- Write clean, efficient code, perform debugging, unit testing, and fix defects under guidance.
- Work with team leads to understand design specifications, take ownership of assigned modules and contribute to development lifecycle.
- Adapt to remote working norms, communicate effectively with virtual teams and uphold software engineering best practices.
- Continuously learn new tools, programming languages, frameworks, and stay updated with technology trends.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
- Fresh graduates (2026 batch) with 0 years experience; bright candidates from recent year groups may also be considered depending on eligibility.
- Strong fundamentals in programming (data structures, algorithms) and one or more languages (Java, Python, C# etc).
- Good problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, ability to work in teams and remotely.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills since the role may involve remote coordination.
- Willingness to work in a remote setup (or as specified by CSG) and join full-time.
