Salesforce is conducting an off campus hiring drive for 2025, offering fresh engineering graduates the opportunity to join as Software Engineers in its India locations (Bengaluru, Hyderabad). Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Architect, design, implement, test and deliver highly scalable software products for global users.
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI teams and senior engineers to build features that delight customers.
- Develop and maintain code across front-end/back-end or full-stack environments; ensure code quality, performance and security.
- Participate in agile development cycles, contribute to continuous improvement of architecture, processes and tooling.
- Debug, optimise and maintain existing systems; ensure reliability and scalability in fast-moving environments.
Eligibility & Skills Required
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline from the 2024/2025 batch or equivalent.
- Strong academic record, graduation without backlog preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++ or JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, software design principles.
- Familiarity with web technologies (REST APIs, HTTP/JSON), databases, version control (Git) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies and work collaboratively in teams.
- Good communication skills, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
