Joining as a Quality Analyst offers an opportunity to work within the operations/quality assurance function of a large global bank, build professional skills and grow your career.
Role & Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, evaluate and ensure operational/transaction quality in line with defined standards and metrics.
- Conduct assessments, prepare reports, maintain documentation and coordinate with operations teams to resolve quality gaps.
- Use MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and possibly other tools for quality tracking.
- Participate in training and improvements to quality processes, work under supervision and gradually take ownership of tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. frontlinesmedia.in
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written), good with MS Office, high attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset, ability to follow process and work in quality-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in operations/quality assurance in a banking/finance context
