Quadeye is recruiting fresh graduates or early-career professionals for the role of Operations Engineer. This is a promising opportunity to start a career in operations, engineering support, process management or technical operations with a growing firm.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations including system monitoring, infrastructure maintenance, and technical support tasks.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth functioning of tools, servers, networks or services as part of operations support.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues, incident resolution, and preventive maintenance.
- Participate in documentation, process improvements, and support standard operating procedures to maintain service quality.
- Learn and follow company processes, report issues, assist senior engineers, and ensure timely resolution of operational tasks.
Eligibility & Skills Required
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Freshers (2024/2025 batch) or candidates with up to 2 years experience eligible.
Technical/Soft Skills:
- Basic understanding of IT operations, network or systems maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with operating systems, basic scripting or command line usage is a plus.
- Good communication skills, willingness to learn, adaptability, and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work in a team environment, follow instructions, and manage tasks under guidance.
