About Accenture & the PADA Role
Accenture’s Packaged App Development Associate (PADA) is an entry role (similar to ASE) focused on automating, supporting, and configuring packaged software solutions.
You’ll work with tools like Automation Anywhere and support packaged applications within the Tech for Operations team
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and configure packaged applications per business requirements
- Support, troubleshoot, and maintain packaged software systems
- Automate business processes using RPA tools
- Collaborate with delivery, operations, and technical teams
- Ensure application performance, reliability, and compliance
- Participate in reviews, documentation, and enhancements
Skills & Qualifications
- BE / BTech / Engineering degree in any discipline (preferably CS / IT)
- Freshers or up to 2 years of experience
- Basic understanding of application software, automation, or packaged solutions
- Problem-solving mindset, aptitude for logic & troubleshooting
- Good communication, teamwork, and adaptability
