Role & Responsibilities
- Work as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) on live engineering and digital transformation projects.
- Develop technical skills in design, simulation, embedded systems, and analytics.
- Support development and testing of products across domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D, software, and operations.
- Participate in product design reviews, documentation, and innovation initiatives.
- Learn and apply AI, IoT, CAD/CAM, mechanical design, or cloud computing depending on project needs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.E / B.Tech (any engineering discipline)
- Batch: 2023 / 2024 / 2025 graduates
- Minimum 60% aggregate or equivalent in academics
- No active backlogs
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills
Skills Required
- Strong fundamentals in engineering concepts
- Basic coding knowledge (C/C++, Python, or Java)
- Problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities
- Curiosity to learn new technologies and adapt to fast-paced environments
