Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and extend platform services, APIs, and microservices
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, and integration teams to deliver features
- Ensure code is high quality: modular, testable, and maintainable
- Participate in design discussions, architectural reviews, and documentation
- Monitor, optimize, and debug performance and reliability of services
- Work with databases, caching, queues, messaging systems
- Write unit / integration tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronics, IT, or equivalent
- 0 to 3 years of software engineering / development experience
- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, design patterns
- Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Java, Python, C#, etc.)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web services
- Experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL)
- Understanding of version control systems (Git)
- Good problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies, tools, and domain requirements
