Role & Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and maintain software modules under guidance
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to implement features
- Debug and fix defects, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality
- Work on APIs, backend / frontend components, and integrate with services
- Follow agile software development practices (sprints, standups, documentation)
- Participate in system design discussions and help with architectural tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience — internships / academic projects count
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.)
- Basic understanding of web technologies, databases, and APIs
- Problem-solving mindset, ability to learn fast, and good communication
- Team player and proactive in taking tasks
