Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain web / mobile / backend modules (stack depending on the job)
- Collaborate with senior developers to design architecture and components
- Debug, optimize, and enhance application performance
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and process improvements
- Assist with feature design, user stories, and development planning
- Maintain coding best practices, version control, and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
- 0 to 1 year of software development experience (freshers encouraged)
- Knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET)
- Understanding of basic data structures, algorithms, and OOP
- Familiarity with web frameworks, APIs, databases (SQL / NoSQL) is a plus
- Good problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt
