As an HR intern, you’ll be working within their human resources or talent function, building your professional foundation at a top organisation.

Role & Key Responsibilities

• Support HR and talent-acquisition teams with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and managing administrative tasks.
• Assist with drafting job descriptions, posting openings and maintaining candidate records.
• Participate in onboarding processes, document management, and coordinate with stakeholders across business functions.
• Perform research, generate reports/correspondence, assist with data tracking and HR operations.
• Engage in learning activities, mentorship discussions and possibly project work within the HR domain at Deloitte India.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology or a related field (recently graduated).
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written), good organisational ability and willingness to learn HR processes.
• Basic familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and interest in HR operations / talent management.
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, team-player and comfortable working in a multi-location or hybrid office environment.
• Willingness to be based in Bengaluru or Mumbai during the internship duration.
