Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and support software applications or IT systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams on implementation, integration and maintenance of solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
- Participate in Agile development cycles and contribute to project delivery milestones.
- Learn IBM tools, frameworks and enterprise technologies through structured training.
Eligibility & Skills Required
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
- Fresh graduates from 2024 / 2025 batches are eligible.
- No active backlogs at the time of joining preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++ or similar.
- Knowledge of data structures, databases, and software development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, Linux or networking is an added advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in team environments and adapt quickly to new technologies.
