Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Handle product support requests, troubleshoot issues, resolve technical queries for internal or customer-facing systems.
- Monitor system health, escalate issues, coordinate with development teams or operations as needed.
- Contribute to knowledge-base creation, maintain documentation, support process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in training, learn the business and product ecosystems, gradually take on more complex tasks.
Eligibility & Skills Required
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (fresh graduates preferred).
- Freshers or early-career (0-2 years) eligible.
Skills Required: - Basic technical aptitude, understanding of software/hardware/systems.
- Good communication, ability to work in teams, and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to work shifts or follow support schedules may be required.
- Ability to learn tools, platforms and processes quickly.
