As part of its growth, Genpact is hiring fresh talent for its Developer Support Engineering (DSE) team in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software, APIs, SDKs, and platform plugins to support internal and external developers. Weekday Works+2getmereferred.com+2
- Troubleshoot technical issues in languages like PHP, Python, JavaScript and solve bugs efficiently. Weekday Works+2The Job Company+2
- Manage and query SQL databases, write and optimize queries. Weekday Works+2The Job Company+2
- Handle technical escalations and product issues, ensuring high customer / developer satisfaction. Weekday Works+1
- Analyze metrics (turn-around time, escalation rates, utilization) and propose process improvements. Weekday Works+1
- Assist in training new team members, managing knowledge base, and stakeholder coordination. Weekday Works+1

Eligibility & Required Skills

Educational Qualification
