Role & Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the frontend of web applications using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers and product teams to implement UI features that are responsive, performant and user-friendly.
- Debug UI issues, ensure cross-browser compatibility, optimize load times and adhere to best development practices.
- Participate in code reviews, adopt feedback, and continually learn new UI frameworks/tools and frontend paradigms.
- Use version control (e.g., Git), understand build/deployment workflows and contribute to a culture of high code quality and testing.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 0 – 1 year (including internships and project work) in frontend/web development, ideally during college or early career.
- Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue).
- Strong fundamentals in data structures & algorithms, attention to detail in UI development and good debugging ability.
- Good communication skills, collaborative mindset and willingness to work in Bengaluru full-time.
