In this role, you will support M&A, valuation, due diligence, financial modeling and deal strategy assignments.
Role & Key Responsibilities
- Assist in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence efforts
- Conduct market & industry analysis, peer benchmarking, and target identification
- Perform data collection, financial statement analysis, and interpret results
- Support structuring deal proposals, pitch decks, and investment memorandums
- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders, clients, and teams
- Help monitor post-deal integration, synergies, and value creation metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- Freshers / 0-2 years experience (internships / project exposure considered)
- Strong Excel skills—financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas
- Knowledge of valuation techniques, financial statement analysis
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure
- Good communication (written & verbal) and teamwork skills
