Role & Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web / backend / full stack features and modules
- Collaborate with senior developers to understand requirements and convert them into code
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and reliability
- Write modular, clean, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and quality assurance
- Assist in integration with APIs, databases, and external services
- Learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and development practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent)
- 0 to 2 years of experience (projects, internships or academic work count)
- Basic programming skills in one or more languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.)
- Familiarity with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs
- Understanding of databases (SQL / NoSQL)
- Problem-solving mindset, willingness to learn, attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
