Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound international voice calls for technical support or customer service, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software or networking issues (depending on client assignment) and provide clear solutions.
- Work in rotational shifts (including US/UK shifts), maintain productivity, accuracy and service levels.
- Follow standard procedures, update customer records, escalate when necessary, and meet set KPIs for calls and interactions.
Eligibility & Skills Required
Eligibility:
- Intermediate (+2) or Graduate in any stream; under-graduates may also be considered if not currently enrolled full-time.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 5 years experience eligible for this role.
- Comfortable to work in office location and flexible with shift timings.
Skills Required: - Excellent spoken English communication, clear accent, good listening and comprehension.
- Basic technical knowledge of software, hardware, networking (for technical support paths) or strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain performance in shift-based environment and adapt quickly.
- Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
