Role & Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Meditab software for clients / accounts
- Assist in system installations, version upgrades, and environment setups
- Troubleshoot deployment issues, errors, and rollbacks
- Work with cross-functional teams (QA, development, support) to ensure smooth delivery
- Validate configurations, test deployment packages, and monitor performance
- Document deployment steps, change logs, and technical instructions
- Provide post-deployment support and ensure stability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 0 to 1 year of experience (freshers welcome)
- Basic knowledge of software deployment, installation, or implementation
- Familiarity with environments setups, version control, or release processes
- Comfortable troubleshooting, debugging, and working under guidance
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in teams
- Eagerness to learn deployment tools, scripting, and system processes
