Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct data research, gather and analyze datasets from multiple sources
- Prepare reports, dashboards, visualizations, and insights for stakeholders
- Assist in market research, trend analysis, competitor benchmarking
- Identify patterns, anomalies, and key metrics to guide business decisions
- Support business and operations teams with data-driven inputs
- Validate data, ensure quality and consistency
- Present findings to internal teams and recommend actionable steps
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- 0 to 3 years of experience (freshers or early-career analysts)
- Strong proficiency in Excel, data manipulation, pivot tables
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL or data querying
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt
