Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process large datasets accurately
- Validate, clean, and prepare data for analysis
- Handle non-voice backend operations
- Collaborate with QA and data validation teams
- Maintain daily logs and ensure data quality standards
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: BSc, BCom, BBA, BCA, BTech)
- Good knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and data management tools
- Strong attention to detail & typing accuracy
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
- Good written communication
