Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and structure data from internal / external sources
- Assist in building dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present insights
- Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in the data to support business decisions
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, sales, and other teams to understand data needs
- Execute exploratory data analysis (EDA) and generate actionable insights
- Document data processes, workflows, and maintain data integrity
- Automate repetitive reporting using tools / scripts
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Analytics / IT / Commerce / Engineering preferred)
- 0 to 1 year of experience (internships / projects in data analytics count)
- Proficiency in SQL, working with relational databases
- Familiarity or basic skills in Python, Excel, or BI tools
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
- Good communication skills — able to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in teams
