Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
- Execute data science / analytics projects and transform raw data into actionable business insights. Greenhouse
- Bridge data and product decisions: translate datasets into product-driven metrics & insights. Greenhouse
- Work deeply with media / advertising datasets, ad-tech domain data, and geo-specific sources. Greenhouse
- Preprocess data: cleaning, feature creation, anomaly detection and handling. Greenhouse
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), derive trends, support product & business teams. Greenhouse
- Monitor & optimize existing data / insight solutions per evolving product needs. Greenhouse
- Present data findings via storytelling to non-technical stakeholders. Greenhouse
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience solving business problems via analytics & delivering insights. Greenhouse
- Strong SQL skills (advanced queries) Greenhouse
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets for intermediate tasks. Greenhouse
- Experience with at least one programming language — e.g. Python or R Greenhouse
- Data preprocessing skills: cleaning, feature engineering, anomaly detection / treatment. Greenhouse
- Experience in data analytics / EDA / delivering analytic toolkit solutions. Greenhouse
- Ability to explain complex data in simple terms (data storytelling) Greenhouse
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Data / Analytical discipline / MBA allowed. Greenhouse
- Strong written & verbal communication. Greenhouse
- Agile working comfort; ability to learn quickly and adapt. Greenhouse
