Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (sales, user behavior, operations)
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key metrics & trends
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis, segmentation, A/B testing, and trend forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to derive actionable insights
- Build data models, derive KPIs, and monitor performance
- Identify anomalies, optimize data workflows, and ensure data quality
- Present findings to stakeholders with clarity and business context
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 0 to 2 years of experience in analytics / data roles (internships count)
- Strong knowledge of SQL, ability to write complex queries
- Experience with Excel (pivot, formulas) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Basic understanding of Python / R / scripting is a plus
- Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills — able to present insights to non-technical teams
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and take ownership
