Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with existing and potential sales partners to drive mutual value and business collaboration
  • Conduct market research to identify new partner opportunities and territories
  • Onboard, train, and guide partners in sales procedures, product knowledge, and business goals
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and assist them in hitting targets
  • Strategize with internal teams to align partner activity with business objectives
  • Gather feedback and insights from partners to refine programs, incentives, and support systems
  • Organize campaigns, events, or promotions to motivate partner engagement
  • Provide regular reports on partner status, pipeline, challenges, and growth opportunities

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or related discipline
  • Experience: Freshers or up to 5 years in sales, business development, or partner management roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships with external stakeholders
  • Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • Willingness to travel within assigned city/region
  • Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and sales dashboards
