Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, social media, and outreach campaigns
- Understand client needs and position BrowserStack’s testing solutions accordingly
- Arrange meetings, product demos, and follow up with prospects
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads and maintain CRM records
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on messaging and campaigns
- Track metrics, prepare reports, and suggest process improvements
- Achieve targets for outreach, leads, and conversion
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Freshers / 0 years of formal experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive, confident, and customer-oriented
- Basic understanding of technology, SaaS, or software products is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
