Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, workflows, and processes
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and insights using Excel, SQL, or BI tools
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data benchmarking
- Collaborate with product, sales, and development teams to define features
- Help with documentation, user stories, and requirement specifications
- Support ad-hoc analysis, data validation, and process improvements
- Present findings to stakeholders and suggest actionable recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent
- 0–1 year of experience (or recent graduates)
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas); SQL / data querying is a plus
- Good communication skills, both written & verbal
- Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work in teams
- Creative thinking and business acumen
