Role & Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications and modules under supervision.
- Participate in coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
- Work with backend or full-stack technologies (depending on team assignment).
- Collaborate with senior team members on development tasks, code reviews.
- Learn new technologies and build foundational engineering skills.
- Ensure code quality, adhere to development standards, and contribute to team deliverables.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
- Freshers (0 years) or up to 1 year of relevant internship/project experience.
- Strong fundamentals in programming (for example Java, C#, Python, JavaScript) and data structures.
- Ability to learn quickly, good problem-solving mindset, and effective communication.
- Basic awareness of software development life-cycle and teamwork.
