Role & Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development, testing and deployment of software modules under mentoring.
- Work with programming languages / frameworks relevant to the team (e.g., Python, Java, cloud services).
- Collaborate with senior engineers to learn software engineering best practices, data structures and algorithms.
- Debug, code, maintain documentation and contribute to product features.
- Adapt to evolving technologies, particularly around AI/ML or automation stacks if applicable.
- Ensure code quality, follow agile practices and contribute to team deliverables.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience; academic projects, internships or personal coding work count.
- Strong fundamentals in programming (preferably Java, Python or similar).
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP concepts.
- Good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and ability to work in team environment.
- Comfortable relocating/commuting to Gurugram and working within a dynamic engineering culture.
