Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle processes across business units.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation and reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, analytics, finance, operations) to deliver insights and reporting.
- Use tools and technologies (SQL, data visualization, Excel, dashboards) to support decision-making and dashboards.
- Assist in establishing data standards, documentation, and audit readiness in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience (freshers with relevant internship or project work also eligible).
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, SQL, and data handling.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and ability to work in teams across geographies.
- Willingness to work in Bengaluru location and to learn and adapt quickly.
