We are now hiring Associate Analysts through an off-campus drive to support our growing data, AI, and content operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform data annotation / labeling / classification across various content types (images, text, multimedia)
- Validate, review, and ensure quality and consistency of annotated content
- Paraphrase, summarize, or interpret content as needed under guidelines
- Assist in content validation, fact-checking, and error corrections
- Collaborate with project leads and cross-functional teams to understand requirements
- Provide feedback to improve tools, processes, and workflows
- Meet productivity and quality targets as per SLAs
- Document guidelines, edge cases, and maintain best practices in annotation
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (must have provisional / consolidated mark sheets)
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Ability to quickly grasp new tools and guidelines
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, document tools)
- Problem-solving ability and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work rotational shifts / on-site as needed
