Its Global Delivery Services (GDS) and Independence / Risk / Compliance functions support EY member firms around the world.
The GIS Support team sits within the Independence / GDS vertical, handling data quality, systems, UAT, and process workflows for governance tasks.
Role & Key Responsibilities
- Work on GIS data quality, cleansing, and validation tasks
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), report issues, and feedback improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze workflows and business requirements
- Document processes, workflows, and user stories
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation
- Liaise with onshore / client teams to clarify system requirements
- Monitor performance, track issues, and support resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any domain); freshers are welcome
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good communication (written & verbal) skills
- Ability to work with data – Excel skills are essential
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks, learning new tools, and adapting
- Basic understanding of GIS / systems / data concepts is a plus
- Proactive, responsible, and a team player
