Role & Key Responsibilities
- Support audit teams by executing administrative and operational tasks in the ESC (Engagement Service Centre) for Audit & Assurance. Deloitte USI Jobs
- Work on documentation, communication, client-interaction support and coordination under supervision.
- Assist in preparing audit deliverables, ensuring process compliance, data accuracy and timely execution.
- Collaborate with senior staff and teams across locations, adopt professional practices and build foundational skills in audit operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline considered) with good academic record; recent graduates eligible.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal + written) and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ability to manage tasks, deadlines and follow processes.
- Eagerness to start a career in audit/assurance, learn quickly, adapt to professional norms and work in Hyderabad or Bengaluru.
