Role & Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software modules (embedded, firmware, or application layers)
- Work closely with hardware / electronics teams to integrate software with physical systems
- Debug and troubleshoot real-time / edge systems
- Optimize code for performance, memory, and power constraints
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and design discussions
- Collaborate across teams (hardware, test, verification) to deliver features
Required / Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in languages like C, C++, Python, or embedded scripting
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, real-time systems
- Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, RTOS is a plus
- Debugging skills, version control (e.g. Git), and toolchain knowledge
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, clear communication
