Role & Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement machine learning models/algorithms for real-world systems.
- Work with data sets, feature engineering, model training, evaluation and deployment.
- Use programming languages and ML frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch) to build solutions.
- Optimise model performance, latency, accuracy and scalability in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, hardware, data) to integrate models into products.
- Stay updated with latest AI/ML trends, help build proof-of-concepts and research.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related discipline.
- 0 – 3 years of experience (internships/projects count) in machine learning/model development.
- Strong programming skills (Python, C++/Java optional) and good command of data structures/algorithms.
- Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX) and data handling/pipelines.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and good communication.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced engineering environment.
