Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve machine learning models & algorithms
- Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation
- Use Python libraries / frameworks like NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, Keras
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on deploying ML solutions, integrating with backend systems
- Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing ML projects / modules
- Stay updated with AI / ML research, propose new ideas & optimizations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 0 to 2 years of experience or strong projects / internships in AI / ML
- Hands-on experience with NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, Keras Weekday Works
- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals: classification, regression, clustering, etc.
- Skills in data preprocessing, feature extraction, model validation, hyperparameter tuning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, and ability to work in teams
- Desire to learn new ML techniques, tools, and frameworks
